So why have we put together this site? I’m a chef. I love food. I love talking about food. I love talking near food. I love talking with my mouth full of food. I love everything that has to do with the inventing, preparing, and consuming of food. Did I mention that this website is about food?

If you’re a subscriber to the old axiom “you can’t trust a skinny chef,” believe me, I’ll gain your devotion at first site!

I’m a firm believer that when it comes to food, quality follows technique. I believe with the proper training, you can take any cut of meat, any produce and make it taste good. You don’t have to buy the most expensive ingredients or be a slave to the recipe in order to create food that you’re proud of. Branch out! Get creative!
